- 2 Tomatoes - diced and de-seeded
5 Basil Leaves - sliced
1 tsp of Garlic infused(or add minced garlic to your olive oil)
1/2 Tsp of Balsamic Vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 baguette - sliced thin (I used sour dough bread)
1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil - Garlic infused(or add minced garlic to your olive oil)
1 1/2 Tbsp.of Parmesan Cheese
