1 onion, chopped
2 cups of reduced sodium chicken broth
4 cups of broccoli florets, steamed until tender
4 cups of cauliflower florets, steamed until tender
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Spices to taste (I love Chipotle powder in this)
