1/4-1/2 c chopped sweet yellow onion (depending on your taste)
1lb extra lean hamburger
4c cooked basmati rice (or any white rice)
2 6.5oz cans of sliced mushrooms, drained
1c milk
2 tbsp unsalted butter
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1tbsp olive oil
2tbsp flour
