- 3 garlic cloves,finely chopped
- 2 tsp Madras curry powder(or whatever curry powder you have)
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp salt,divided
- 2 c vegetable broth
- 1/3 c water
- 1/3 c coconut milk
- 1/4 c diced tomato
- 1/4 c frozen green peas
- 1 lb peeled,deveined large shrimp
- 4 c hot,cooked basmati rice
- 1/4 c fat-free plain yogurt(I used Greek)
