1 large egg
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp brewed strong coffee, cooled to room temperature
1/2 C cottage cheese
1/4 C mini chocolate chips
1/4 C chopped walnuts
Description
I Substituted Agave Nectar For The Sugar. The Original Recipe Calls For 2/3 C. The Original Recipe Also Calls For Greek Yogurt, I Used Cottage Cheese.
