Low Fat Granola - Vegan

Ingredients

    • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
    • 1 1/2 cups dried fruit (raisins, chopped apricots, dried cranberries, etc.)
    • 1/2 cup honey, golden syrup or maple syrup
    • Vegetable oil cooking spray
    • 3 cups rolled oats
    • 1 cup unsweetened wheat or corn flakes
    • 1/2 cup toasted wheat germ
    • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
    • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp. grated nutmeg
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 cup thawed apple juice concentrate

Description

Makes 6 Cups Low Fat Granola.
