1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil
8 packets stevia in the raw (truvia)
1/3 c honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 c white whole wheat flour
1/2 c oats (not instant or oatmeal)
1 package raisins (2-3 tbsp) (optional)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
