    150 g. Veal steak (less if you like)
    1 tsp oil/butter (what you like for frying stuff)
    salt, pebber, lemon juice
    A small handfull of Arugula leafs
    5 cherry tomato (half or quartered)
    1 tbsp drained and chopped capers
    1 tbsp of your favorite olives
    1 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
    A slices of good quality bread
