    2/3 cup Dole Pineapple Orange Juice or Mandarin Tangerine Juice
    1/3 cup water
    1 cup uncooked instant rice
    1 can (11 ounces) Dole Mandarine Oranges, drained
    1 can (8 ounces) Dole Crushed Pineapple
    1/2 cup chopped
    1/3 cup Chopped Dole Red Onion
    3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
