Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Wheat Bran
1/2 cup of Quinoa Flour
1 cup Steel Cut Oats
6 scoops of Shapeworks Meal Replacement Vanilla
340 grams of firm tofu
1/2 cup unseetened apple sauce
1 tbs vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup of natural peanut butter - crunchy
1/2 medium banana
2 tbs cocoa
1 cup raw almonds (smashed)
Put steel cut oats on to cook. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix Wheat Bran, Quinoa Flour, Shapeworks Meal Replacement, tofu, applesauce,and eggs in large mixing bowl. Then add peanut butter, banana, cocoa and mix. Put almonds in small bag and crush - add to mixture. Add cooked Steel Cut Oats and mix.
Pour mixture into two 8x8 greased baking dishes. Bake covered for 25 minutes and uncovered for 15 minutes.
