Makeover: Coach Nicole's Tasty Peanut Sauce (by Pennydreadful)

Ingredients

    1/4 cup natural peanut butter (creamy variety) (This is 4 TBL)
    2 Tbsp Tamari soy sauce (use low-sodium variety if you prefer)
    1-2 garlic cloves, minced (use a little or a lot)
    1 tsp Sriracha or other hot sauce
    2/3 cup Lite Coconut Milk

    For a spicy sauce, consider adding chili power or sauce, cayenne powder, more garlic and/or ginger, or any of your favorite spices.

Description

This Is Just Like Coach Nicole's, But I've Replaced The Water With Lite Coconut Milk. It Adds Fat, But Also A Creaminess That I Enjoy In Peanut Sauce. Also Sriracha Sauce Is Added For A More Authentic Thai Restaurant Taste!
