3 tbsp. whole wheat flour
2 cups apple juice
1 cup vegetable stock or water
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
zest of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup raisins
12-14 large cabbage leaves (1 large cabbage)
