Tuna Antipasto/gardiniera

Ingredients

    1 litre white vinegar
    1 litre vegetable oil
    4 cans of tuna in water (170gr cans)
    2 jars of pimento olives (375ml jars)
    2 boxes of anchiovies (50 gr boxes)
    2 cans of tomato paste
    1lb mushrooms
    2 english cucumbers
    1 medium sized cauliflower
    2lb green beans
    2 lb of carrots
    1lb green or red peppers
    2 jars of sweet pickled onions (375ml jars)
    1/2 lb of celery
    1 tbsp salt
    2 chicken bouillon cubes

    12-14 500ml mason jars for canning. In the interest of being sustainable, you can also use the jars that the olives and onions came in.
