1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
For filling:
1 bay leaf (to be removed after lentils cook)
1 cup lentils
3 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 cups chopped yellow onions
2 cloves garlic
2 cups chopped mushrooms
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp curry powder
2 tbsp cornstarch
For bottom layer and topping:
1 zucchini shredded
1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
