    1 Cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tbsp aniseed
    zest of 1 Lemon
    1/2 tsp Fine Grain Sea Salt

    1 15 oz can white kidney, great northern, or navy beans drained & rinsed
    1/4 Cup Olive Oil
    1 Cup Natural Cane sugar or Brown Sugar packed
    1 large Egg
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

    1/3 Cup Chopped Dates
    1/3 Cup Sesame Seeds (or more as needed)
