3 cloves minced garlic
14oz frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and quartered
1 1/2 tsp capers
3c shirataki noodles
squeeze olive oil
3c sugar snap peas
1/2c sliced red bell pepper
1/4c sliced yellow bell pepper
1/4c sliced orange bell pepper
1/2c sliced green bell pepper
squeeze lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
