Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie crust
1/4 lb of fresh mushrooms (reserve caps, slice stems)
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. shredded green cabbage
1 c. thinly sliced carrots
1 cup thinly sliced broccoli
1 finely chopped scallion
salt & pepper to taste
1 T. margarine (I just spray the pan)
2 T. flour
1/2 t. caraway seed (can use ground)
1/2 t. basil (dried)
2 T. vegetable broth
1/2 t. dill weed (dried)
1/3 c. fat free cottage cheese
1/2 c. egg substitute or 2 lg eggs
3/4 c. mixed fat free sour cream and fat free plain yogurt
