    Double pie crust (home-made or store bought)
    3 chicken breasts (approx. 4 cups chopped), cooked (reserve broth)
    1/4 cup Olive Oil
    1 cup finely diced Onions
    1 cup finely diced Celery
    1 teaspoon minced Garlic
    2 cups finely diced Carrots
    2 cups finely diced Potatoes
    1/2 cup frozen lima beans
    *Flour, white, .5 cup (remove)
    2 tablespoons olive oil (additional for roux)
    2 cups Chicken Broth (from cooking chicken)
    1 can evaporated skimmed milk
    1 teaspoon ground Savory
    1.5 teaspoons Poultry Seasoning
    1/2 tablespoon dried Tarragon
    3 teaspoons sea salt
    1 pouch chicken broth concentrate (Savory Choice brand)
