    4 tbsp mirin rice vinegar
    1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
    1 garlic clove passed through garlic press
    30 oz nasoya light extra firm tofu Cubed & dry pan fried
    1 tomato diced
    scallions timmed and chopped
    .5 cup cooked edamame
    1/5 cup corn
    .5 tsp taragon minced
    .5 cup fresh basil leaves chopped
    .5 tsp sea salt
    .5 tsp pepper
