Ingredients
- 2 Tab Olive Oil
1 Tab Parsley, fresh - chopped
1 Tsp Rosemary, dried
1 Tsp Oregano, dried
1 large Clove Garlic (2 small)
1 Tab Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Pepper
Salt to taste
Mix all ingredience in a gallon size zip lock bag. Add the following veggies all cut to similar size (spears work well). Let sit for 1-2 hours, then grill.
1 Zucchini
8 spears Asparagus
1 Medium Red Pepper
1 Squash
4 oz Portabella Mushrooms
8 small Pearl Onions (or 4 very small yellow)
