Crab-stuffed Fish Casserole

Ingredients

    Crab Filling:
    1T butter
    1 small onion, minced finely
    1 6oz can crabmeat
    1 tablespoons minced fresh parsley (or 1t. dried)
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 reduce calorie Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/4 C fresh parmesan

    Topping:
    5 reduced calorie Ritz, crushed
    1T butter, melted
    2T fresh grated parm
    1t dried parsley
    1/4 t. each salt, pepper, garlic powder

    16oz tilapia - about 4 fillets (or other white fish, haddock, sole, etc)
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
