    * Vegeabtle Broth, 2 cup
    * Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted, 2 oz
    * Capers, canned, 2 tbsp, drained
    * Zucchini, 1.5 cup, sliced
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia)
    *artichoke heart (in water), 4 serving
    * Sun Dried Tomatoes, .25 cup
    * Parsley, 1 cup
    * Basil, 1 tbsp
    * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    * Salt, 1 tbsp
    * Feta Cheese, 4 oz

Description

A Delicious Vegetarian Dish Rich With The Flavors Of The Mediterranean. (It's Vegan Without The Cheese, But The Cheese Adds A Lot.) A Healthy Meal, But A Bit Salty.
