* 1 pound ground pork
* 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
* 2 teaspoons salt
* 1 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
* 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
* 2 teaspoons black pepper
Sauce:
* 6 Tbsp butter
* 1/3 cup flour
* 1 quart beef stock
* 1/2 to 3/4 cup sour cream
* Salt
* 2 to 4 Tbsp of cranberry sauce
