8-10 whole wheat crackers(crushed into bread crumbs)
dry minced onions

1 egg
Soup~
1 tablespoon of olive oil(optional)
1 1/2 cups carrots diced
1 cup celery diced
3 cups of baby spinach
2 cartons of 99% fat free low sodium chicken broth
1 carton of water(I fill a carton after i empty the broth)
1 box of any small pasta(orzo, starts, abc's)
basil
black pepper
parsley
