- One 14.5-oz. can diced or stewed tomatoes (not drained)- I used diced for the nutritional info
8 oz. peeled and deveined raw medium shrimp with tails removed
6-8 oz. white crab meat (about two 6-oz. cans drained)- I used one 6.5 can in nutritional info
1 cup Spicy Hot V8 vegetable juice
1 cup frozen cut okra or green beans- I uesd frozen green beans in nutritional info
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 Tbps dehydrated onion flakes or 1/2 cup chopped fresh- I used dehydrated flakes in nutritional info
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. Cajun seasoning, or more to taste
1 tsp. Hot Sauce or more to taste
black pepper, to taste
