Healthy Vegetarian Pasta Salad

Ingredients

    11 Cups cooked whole wheat Fusilli or Routoni Pasta
    1 Large Red Pepper
    1 Large Green Pepper
    1 Large Red onion
    2 Cups Grape Tomatoes or Plum Tomatoes
    1/3 Cup Olive Oil
    1 Cup Graded Parmesan Cheese
    2 Tablespoons Garlic
    4 Tablespoons Oregano
    1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

    For a variation almost any vegetable could be substituted or added in addition to the ones above some of my favorites are;
    Strips of carrots
    Sliced cucumbers
    Sliced zucchini
    Sliced celery
    Black olives

This Is A Great Dish For A Cook Out, Picnic, Potluck Or As A Side Dish For Dinner I Make It In Large Batches Because It Goes Very Fast
