    8 oz. crab meat (canned or seafood dept.)
    1/3 C. finely chopped celery
    1/4 C. finely chopped red bel pepper
    1 scallion finely chopped
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tablespoon low-fat mayo
    1/4 tsp. Old Bay
    2-5 dashes hot sauce
    pepper to taste
    4 whole-wheat, light English Muffins
    1/2 C. shredded Swiss Cheese
