3 tablespoons water
2 tbsp dried minced onions
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 1/2 cup low- sodium chicken broth
1 ( 28-ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
3 tablespoons drained capers
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves

I Modified This From A Recipe I Found Online To Use Only 1 Vegatable And One Protein. It Also Uses 1/4 Daily Portion Of Grissini, So Keep That In Mind.
