Ingredients

    * 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
    * 2 TB lime juice
    * 2 tsp curry powder
    * 2 tsp maple syrup
    * 1/2 tsp salt
    * 1/2 cup raisins
    * 4 cups cooked chickpeas (two 15-oz cans)
    * 1 red bell pepper, chopped
    * 2/3 cup red onion, finely chopped
    * 1/2 cup cilantro or parsley, chopped
    * 2 tsp cumin seeds
    * 8 cups mixed greens
    * 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
