Ingredients

    - 1.5 c Spinach & Arugula Blend
    - 1/4 c Cucumber, sliced
    - 1/4 c Mushrooms, sliced
    - 4 Cherry Tomatos, halved
    - 25 g Diced Bell Peppers (mixed colours)
    - 1 tbsp onion, chopped
    - 1 stalk Celery, chopped
    - 1 Carrot, small, chopped
    - 1 tbsp Feta Cheese
    - 1 tbsp Pine Nuts
    - 0.25 c Mixed Sprouts
    - 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    - 25 g Soy Red Pepper Tempeh (I like Henry's Gourmet)

Description

All The Healthy Veggies You Can Think Of Topped With A Little Bit Of Mixed Sprouts (alfalfa, Broccoli, Etc.), Feta Cheese, Pine Nuts And Some Delicious Red Pepper Tempeh!
