1/2 c pumpkin (or more to taste)
1 c vegetable broth
2 c spinach
1/2 t curry powder
1/2 t cumin,
1/4 t coriander,
dash of cinnamon or garam masala,
black pepper to taste
1 packet stevia
1 c uncooked bulgur (or rice)
