• 1 lbs couscous
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 oz butter
• 1 tbsp harissa sauce
• 15 oz canned chickpeas, drained
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 6 oz raisins
• 4 oz pine nuts
• 8 oz soy yogurt
• a dusting of paprika
