Ingredients
- 1 can (10 oz/284 mL) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, beans, peas)
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
2 green onions, sliced
1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Turkey
1 cup hot water
1/4 cup butter, melted

HEAT oven to 350°F.
MIX soup and sour cream in large bowl. Stir in next 3 ingredients; spoon into 2-L casserole dish.
STIR stuffing mix, water and butter just until moistened; spoon over turkey mixture.
BAKE 35 min. or until heated through.
