    1.75 Cups carrots, chopped
    4 chives, chopped
    1 700mL jar Catelli Garden Select Parmesan and Romano pasta sauce
    1.5 cups Low-Sodium Beef broth
    Victorian Epicure greek oregano
    2 tbsp. chili Powder
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tbsp. Olive Oil
