    2 Tbsp chopped fresh ginger
    2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    2 green onions, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp curry powder
    2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
    2 Tbsp soy sauce
    1 Tbsp icing sugar
    1 small carrot, coarsly grated
    2 cups sliced sui choy (chinese cabbage)
    24 snow peas, blanched
    1 medium red bell pepper, halved and thinly sliced
    1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
    1/4 cup choped fresh cilantro
