Fiber 1 Raisin Cake

Ingredients

2 cups raisin bran cereal

2 cups Fiber One original cereal

2 cups Brewed Green Tea (or boiling water)

1/2 cup Splenda Granular

1 1/2 cups 12 Grain flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp Baking Powder

1 cup Almond Breeze milk

1/4 cup egg substitute

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (or pumpkin puree)

Spice to taste (All Spice, Cinnamon, Cayenne pepper, cocoa powder, etc) aprox 1 tbsp each.
