    - 1 (to 3) cups sunflower seeds
    - 3 cups of (gluten-free) oats

    - 1.5 tsp sea salt
    - 2 Tsbsp orange extract
    - 3 Tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
    - 1/8 cup lemon juice
    - 2 cups raisins, cranberries, cherries, or blueberries, or a blend
    - 1/2 cup agave nectar or maple syrup
