    - 1 3/4 cups of Chick Peas (dehydrated and boiled)
    - 1/4 cup of Tahini Paste
    - 3 Garlic Cloves (minced finely)
    - 1 1/2 Lemons (juice, pulp and zest)
    - 1/2 tsp of Cummin
    - 1/3 tsp of Red Peppers (crushed/dried)
    - 1 tsp of Kosher Salt
    - 1/2 tsp of Ground Pepper
    - 1/4 cup of Olive Oil
    - 1/4 cup of Water
