Asiago - Herb Encrusted Salmon


    2/3 cup dry, unseasoned breadcrumbs
    1/4 cup grated Asiago cheese
    2 sprigs fresh rosemary
    1/2 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp dried basil
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 egg, beaten with
    1/4 cup buttermilk
    1 1/2 lb sockeye salmon, cut into 8 equal pieces
    2 tsp olive oil
