    * Beef bouillon, 6 grams (remove)
    * Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)
    * Paprika, 1 tsp (remove)
    * *Onion powder, .5 tsp (remove)
    * Garlic powder, .5 tsp (remove)
    * Brown Rice, medium grain, .25 cup dry (cook till mooshy, blend into paste) (remove)
    * Bob’s Red Mill TVP, 1.25 cup (hydrate, squish out excess water, pulse in processor till fine but not pasty)
    * Vital wheat gluten, 1TBS (remove)
    * Egg white, 2 serving (remove)
    * *Flour, white, 2 TBS(remove)
    * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 2TBS (remove)


    Directions
    MIX ALL TOGETHER THOROUGHLY. SHAPE PATTIES. BAKE AT 350 FOR 45 MIN. , COOL, REFRIGERATE OR FREEZE.
