10 ounces mixed vegetables: shredded carrots, diced red bell pepper, small pieces of broccoli, thawed frozen (or fresh) corn kernels
6 dried apricot halves, chopped (left out, not in cal. count)
¼ cup raisins
4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
