Ingredients
- One package of mixed wild, brown and basmati rice (8oz)
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 bell pepper chopped
one can of cream of chicken (she used mushroom, I didn't have it at home)
one pound of shirmp (I bought already cooked ones, you can use raw, just peel them)
2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese grated
salt and pepper
