Vegetarian Chili Con Carne

Ingredients

    - x2 400g cans tomato (whole or chopped)
    - x1 400g can chickpeas
    - 1 tsp ground cumin
    - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
    - 1 cup water
    - 3 carrots, diced
    - 2 stalks celery, diced
    - 1 capsicum, diced
    - 1 medium/large onion, diced
    - 3 cloves garlic, minced
    - 1 tsp chili powder

Description

A Recipe I Found In The Local Newspaper This Morning. I Made It For Dinner And My Family And I Loved It. The Recipe In The Paper Called For 1kg Lean Mince, But I Am Vegetarian So I Didn't Use It Myself.
