    1Tbs chopped chives
    .25 cup diced purple onion
    1cup diced each red pepper/green pepper
    1 cup snow peas
    1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
    50 grams feta cheese crumbled
    1tbs basil fresh or ground
    cilantro fresh or ground
    oregano fresh or ground
    1 garlic clove minced
    1 cup fresh spinach
    12 kalmata olives(optional)
