Ingredients

    2 cups puffed rice cereal (fine chop in food processor)
    1/3 cup almond meal (or a mix of almond/walnut meal) - take whole nuts and chop into a rough mix in a food processor
    2 T flax seed meal
    1/3 cup Craisins and dried blueberries (can use just Craisins)
    1 cup GNC Whey Protein Isolate 28 (unflavored or vanilla)


    1/3 cup maple syrup (can substitute agave nectar)
    1 T coconut oil
    1 1/2 T vanilla
    2 T natural peanut butter (creamy)
