Oatmeal Pumpkin Raisin Hemp Cookies

Ingredients

    2.67 cups of unsweetened applesauce (instead of margarine)
    1.5 cup packed brown sugar
    1.5 cup packed truvia (or can use brown sugar again)
    3/4 cup egg whites (or 3 whole eggs)
    3tbsp agave nectar (or honey or brown rice syrup etc)
    1 tbsp vanilla
    1.5 tsp sea salt
    3 lbs (8 cups) old fashioned rolled oats
    3 cups unbleached all purpose flour
    1 cup canned pumpkin
    1 cup raisins not packed
    3 tbsp shelled hemp seed
    7 scoops Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein Powder
