Almond Coconut Granola

Ingredients

    2.5 cups of rolled oats (old fashion oatmeal)
    5 cups of rolled mixed rolled oats
    1 cup shredded coconut
    2 tbsp of ground flax
    1/2 cup Slivered Almond
    1/4 tsp of cinnamon

    Wet Ingredients:
    4 tbsp brown rice syrup
    1 tbsp agave nectar or Maple Syrup
    2 tbsp coconut oil
    2 tbsp applesauce, unsweetened
    3 tbsp cashew nut butter
    1/4 cup un packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp.Almond Extract
    1/4 tsp.Vanilla Extract


    Add Ins:
    3/4 Cup dried pineapple (diced up)
