0.4 tablespoons hot red pepper oil (to taste)
0.5 tablespoons of cayenne
4 large garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon finely minced fresh ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoons canola oil
3 cups of snow peas, strings and stem ends removed
3 cups of shelled edamame
0.25 cups of scallions, white and light green parts only
9 ounces soba noodles, cooked (I use one package of Hakubuku brand Organic Soba Japanese Buckwheat Noodles)
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Optional Ingredients:
4 large radishes, trimmed, cut in half, and thinly sliced
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1/4 pound of firm, slice tofu OR another choice protein.
