- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbs corn starch
1 tsp salt
½ tsp white pepper
4 heads of broccoli (about 1-1.25 pound), with stalks
3 green onions
1 sweet red pepper
1 tsp dried hot red pepper (or 1 fresh hot chili)
2 tbsp sesame oil (canola/vegi oil works as well)
2 tbsp brown bean sauce (asian aisle of grocery store generally stocks it)
1 head of garlic
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp ginger root (grated)

1 cup long grain brown rice (suitable for serving 2 adults; use 2 cups if serving 4 or 6 people).
