    3 Clementine Oranges, peeled, separated into segments
    1 Medium Red Pepper, cut into thin strips
    1/2 Cup White Wine
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1 tsp ground coriander
    2 1/2 tsp reduced sodium Worcestershire Sauce
    1 cup uncooked Red Quinoa (you may substitute brown rice)
    2 cups water
    Non Stick Cooking Spray
